Postage Service
All our orders are sent by Australia Post. If you wish your order to be shipped by another carrier please contact us for pricing. We endeavour to dispatch all orders on the day that we receive them. At busy times there may be a carry over to the next business day.
Express Postage
If you wish an order to be Express Posted an additional charge will apply irrespective of the value of the order. Please contact us for pricing.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
While the loss or damage of any posted item is rare it unfortunately does occur. We maintain accurate records of all items that we post. If any goods are lost or damaged in transit you will need to raise the matter with Australia Post. We will be of every assistance to you in this process. We cannot however take any responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Timber Surcharge
There is a packaging charge for any number of timber strips, plywood sheets or boards. This is an additional charge to any postal charge applicable.
